About
For years, fear and anxiety shaped my world. I knew what it felt like to appear fine on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside. But God met me there — in the middle of the struggle — and began teaching me how to replace fear with faith, and chaos with calm.

For years, I lived with fear that felt endless. Anxiety had a way of showing up in every part of my life — in the quiet moments, in my thoughts, even in the things I loved most. I tried to push through, to manage it on my own, but peace always seemed just out of reach.
Then one day, in the middle of that struggle, God met me. He didn’t remove the anxiety overnight — He began teaching me how to walk through it differently. I learned that peace isn’t something you find once and keep forever. It’s something you rebuild, one choice, one prayer, one honest moment at a time.
That journey became the foundation for Reclaiming Peace — a space where others could experience the same freedom I found. Today, I walk beside women who are ready to quiet fear, grow in confidence, and rediscover the peace that’s always been within reach.
Because you don’t have to live trapped in fear. Healing is possible. And peace is still yours to reclai

What if I’m nervous to start?

Yes. Your sessions are completely confidential, except in very rare cases related to safety. Your privacy is always a priority.

What if I don’t know what to talk about?
That’s okay. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Sometimes just showing up is the most important first step — and your therapist will guide you from there.
Progress doesn’t always feel like progress. Sometimes it’s showing up. Sometimes it’s pausing. But each moment of awareness becomes part of the path forward — and you don’t have to walk it alone.
